Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Gathering the necessary information for the project implementation.
• Gathering and preparing of the data needed for entering into any sort of contracts necessary for carrying out the site works.
• Ensuring meeting the timeline of the site works.
• Keeping record of the site documentation (the acceptance certificate, certificate of hidden works, performance reporting, correspondence on industrial issues).
• Prompt provision of data needed for drawing up the certification of completed works.
• Delivery of the completed works certificates to the customer.
• Prompt addressing the regulations of the customer’s independent building inspectors and the observations of the architectural supervision, of the curators, of the Industrial Safety, Work Safety, Fire Safety, Economic Safety, Ecological Safety of the customer.
• Participation in managing the costs of the projects in accordance with the budget of the cash flow.
• Organisation of the project implementation according to the work plan.
• Preparing and conducting the presentations of the projects.
• Preparing and making changes in the projects.
• Providing safe labour conditions for the workers, monitoring the compliance with the current labour rules and regulations.
• Organisation of providing the materials and equipment, drawing up a plan of the necessity for the logistical resources.
• Providing the site with equipment and inventory materials, responsibility for keeping the inventory.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher profile education in Industrial Construction and Civil Engineering or Hydrotechnical Construction.
• Over 3 years of working experience as Project Manager.
• Working experience on industrial sites, those must be mostly hydrotechnical projects.
• Knowledge of the Building Code (SNiP) and GOST State Standards.
• Knowledge in preparation and adoption of the construction plans.
• Experience in team management (construction crews, foremen).
• Knowledge of the Health and Safety Department rules and regulations.
• Practical knowledge in technology and organisation of the construction works.
• Skilful in reading drawings.
• Good PC skills: Office software, AutoCad, ability to make line graphs in MSProject.
• Ready for business trips.
• Responsibility, attentiveness, good interpersonal skills, discipline, focus on the results.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Employment in accordance with the Labour Code of the Russian Federation.
• The place of work is 15 Schyolkovskoye Shosse, Balashikha (20 minutes by public transport from the metro station Schyolkovskaya).
• Working schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday (extra hours are possible).
